How to File A Claim

Make Sure Everyone is Safe
Safety is a stop priority so before moving forward make sure that you and your loved ones are safe.

Gather Information
Gather as much detail as possible for your claim. Take notes and lots of photos to make the process easier.

File a Claim
Reach out to your carrier directly (via phone, online account, or email) or give our office a call to a file a claim. Please keep in mind that if you choose to have our agency file a claim on your behalf, you will still need to speak to your assigned adjuster to provide a statement and any other information that they may need.
*If you have been in an auto accident where damage exceeds $1k you must file SR-1 form with the CA DMV within 10 days

Prevent Any Further Damage
Your claims representative should advise you on how you can minimize or prevent any further damage. Please do not throw anything away because it may be needed for the claim records.
