There are many important things to consider when your policy is renewing. We encourage our clients to review their polices at each renewal to ensure that they are up to date. Claims
We are your teammate through the entire claims process. You can either report your claim directly to your carrier or reach out to our agency and have one of your staff members assist you. Please remember that even if you choose to file the claim yourself, we can still assist you if you are running into any issues. When should you contact your agent?
• If you remodel your home
• If a new person joins your household (if a guest is staying at your home more than 30 days they are considered a household member and need to be added to your auto policy to be covered)
• When you purchase a new vehicle
• When you buy a new property (in or out of state!)
